The Limited Edition Spring Session is $295, which includes a guided 30-minute session, a matted 8x10 portrait with a matching social media file, and access to an online proof gallery with 20+ images. We anticipate you’ll love your portraits! At your ordering appointment or online, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase additional products such as wall art, coffee table books, and albums. Clients typically invest between $300–$1,500 to create a collection of their favorite images.

About a week before your session, we’ll give you a call to confirm details and answer any last-minute questions. During this call, we will also schedule your presentation and ordering appointment, which takes place in your home. This personalized experience allows us to guide you through product selections and provide samples to help you choose the best way to display your portraits.

We love meeting all your pets! However, to ensure each pet gets the attention they deserve, each session is designed for one pet at a time. If you’d like portraits of multiple pets, we recommend booking separate time slots. If you’d prefer a full pet session that includes everyone, we’d be happy to schedule one for you outside of this event!

Absolutely! If you’d love to capture a solo portrait of your child, the Spring Celebration Pawtrait can easily be tailored for them. The simple white background and delicate floral accents will create a beautiful, timeless portrait, perfect for celebrating this special stage in their life.

Due to time constraints, these sessions are designed for immediate family members only (including pets!). If you’d like to include extended family, we recommend booking a full portrait session at a time that works best for everyone. This ensures we capture all the special connections while providing a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

> Soft, Neutral, or Pastel Solid Tones – Light grays, soft blues, blush, creams, and earth tones work beautifully without overwhelming the scene.
> Classic & Coordinated – Choose outfits that complement each other rather than perfectly matching. Simple textures like linen or knits can add subtle depth.
> For Pets – A simple collar, bowtie, or bandana in a coordinating color can add charm without distraction.

What to Avoid:
> Pure White – While tempting, all-white outfits can blend into the background. If you love white, consider pairing it with a soft contrasting color.
> Bold Patterns & Logos – Busy designs can draw attention away from faces and expressions.
> Neon & Super Dark Tones – Extremely bright or dark colors can cast reflections or lose detail in the final image.

These portraits will be set against a clean, classic white background, allowing the focus to remain on your pet, child, or family. To add a simple pop of color, we will be providing faux floral pieces while, Veronica’s Garden KC will be providing fresh delicate floral headpieces and neck wreaths, creating a subtle yet elegant accent in these timeless images. If you’d like to bring a special accessory (such as a favorite bowtie, ribbon, or sentimental item), feel free to do so!

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

> Cancellations: Must be made at least 7 days before your session to receive a full refund.
> Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 3 days before your session.
> Late Arrivals & No-Shows: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or do not show up, your session fee will be forfeited.
> Emergency Situations: If you have a severe or unavoidable conflict, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to apply your fee to a future session.

In addition to your personal collection, selected Celebrate Spring Pet Pawtraits from this event will be showcased at the Lakewood Oak Country Club Gallery from May to June.

A portion of all proceeds from the Spring Sessions will go directly to Dutchie Buns Rescue, helping provide care, medical attention, and safe homes for rescued rabbits. Your session not only creates beautiful portraits but also makes a meaningful difference for bunnies in need!
